Novotel Bangkok Bangna

This hotel, is lovely. Great breakfast - like you need to include the buffet, no matter what. We are not big eaters, but it is wonderful. Also love that the train is so close which makes you not far from any where. The train is safe, and inexpensive.

For us, we wanted action and this is not the action area, but in fairness, don't dismiss this hotel because of this as the train is easy access to where ever you wish to be. Plus the shopping malls are 1 train stop (really you could walk) away.

The staff was mostly great and the room was very good

The location is awful and the pool did not have enough sunbeds

Everything. Run down room , chipping paint on walls, carpet stripping coming off in and outside the room, poor lighting, not sufficient power outlet, bathroom old. Horrible horrible Novotel.

The renovated room was good and the bed as very comfortable.

We were initially placed in a very old room that was tattered and worn. Furniture was beat up and the toilet was leaking. After notifying the staff they moved us to a renovated room - it was quite good. However, the hot water pressure system is poor and very inconsistent meaning that it was very difficult to attain and maintain an even water temperature.

Room was quiet, bed was super comfortable. Bar was ok.

Staff were great, but there’s just nothing in the surrounds to warrant staying here. Service station with a convenient store is about 10 min walk. 7 eleven on the other side of the main road about 15 minute wall. You have to get taxi every-time you want to go anywhere. And order delivered food if you want to eat. Might be ok if you want to access the airport or something. I was told there was a good shopping mall nearby but there’s just many shopping malls in Bangkok. Didn’t really tickle my interest to check it out.

Location and friendly/helpful staff.

Unable to adjust the air-condition temperature. Extremely cold, had to turn it off and back on again several times.

Check in staff and beautiful lobby was impressive.The shuttle to MEGA SHOPPING MALL & IKEA, a real plus!

The service and staff, cleanliness, good breakfast and value for money. Close to Bitec

The shower is not senior friendly since you have to go inside the bath tub, no anti slip mat and hand held shower head.

This property is not well maintained at all. The room walls were dirty and looked like they had stains on them. The sink was dirty. It looked like housekeeping did nothing there - even stock the bathroom.

The room is quite enough for two persons.Room service is the best. Location is silence and nice for us.

There have no room-slippers.It is only overhead shower and it is bad for aged woman.

Nice dinner and breakfast.Location was difficult, but convenient to my business appointment.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. We were only staying a couple of nights but very close to airport. Loved that there was a rooftop swimming pool but unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice on offer. Very spacious foyer. Rooms were plenty big enough and great view from window. Stayed two separate nights. First time on 4th floor but second night on 15th floor! Hotel stored our luggage for two nights while we went on a trip to River Kwai.

Our bathroom could have been better. Bit tired. Also getting in and out of bath for a shower with no hand rail was a bit precarious. Needs updating. Our own fault but on our last night could not turn lights off without taking key card out. Realised next day that there was a pad by the phone. Wasn't shown this.

Great place to stay overnight! Near to airport. Reasonable rate. Great breakfast. Storing our luggage for two nights until we return.

Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel wasn’t the newest new, but good enough for a couple days stay. Staff was super nice. Atmosphere in hotel is ”high-end”.

Wi-fi wasn’t working at all in room, only in lobby. We didn’t have breakfast included, that was a kind of bummer, it needs to be bought separately 300+tbh per person.For the high price, you can definetely find better options.

I knew from the time of booking that it was near the airport, and there was no shopping area which was within walking distance.

i do not have any dislikes for the Property. Access to floors was controlled at the lift access, so my family party had to coordinate of visits to one another's room.

The breakfast was fair, but I would have expected more choices. The room service was fine. Pricing was fair. The lobby car was also fine.

Too many airline guests in the restaurant. They are very noise and they quicky empty the buffet.The swimming pool area only had 4 sun beds, so we had to lay on the ground. There was no hot water for showering between 7.00 and 8.000 in the morning.
